BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few useful answers.
No need to know every product term. We help turn your preferences into a clear specification.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on dimensions, material, lining or finish, hardware and operation. We prepare a proposal for your selections before custom production is approved.
Can I see the material before choosing?
Yes. Explore samples in our Natick showroom and discuss how they work with your room. An in-home consultation helps evaluate the light and fit in your own space.
Do I need exact measurements to start?
No. Room photos and an idea of the windows are useful for the first conversation. We arrange professional measurement before the final specification.
What should I consider for light and privacy?
Openness affects view and glare; solar fabric is not a nighttime privacy solution.
Does requesting a consultation reserve a time?
No. The form sends your request to Kalia. Appointment times are selected and confirmed through Wix.
